The goal here is not to redo your decor entirely, but rather to create a small space in your home where you can relax. All you have to do is put on some wool socks, make a good cup of tea and dive in a captivating novel.

Among the things I like, are handmade soaps. There are a host of Quebec-based soap makers that offer great products. Quai des Bulles, located in Kamouraska, offers a wide selection. I also love taking care of my hair. I'm constantly looking for the perfect shampoo (it's almost an obsession). Currently, I am using abril et nature's Age reset bain shampoo. I know, it's expensive, but my hair is just so radiant!
No matter what is your favorite beauty ritual, the important thing is to make time for it!
It seems obvious, but between family and professional responsibilities, it can be though to make time for your loved ones, especially your friends. However, it is more than essential! Socializing is a great way to beat the winter blues. Why not plan an evening of board games? Or use your Sunday to cook meals that you can then share for the week ahead? Possibilities are endless! The important thing is to take advantage of the present moment with those who make us feel good.
