how can I be sure of fabric colors and textures?
Please consult our Order your samples section to order samples of the fabrics of your choice and receive them at home. Once you receive your samples, you will be able to create the perfect bag, worry free. Sample deliveries are free of charge with any order and the cost of the samples will be credited on your next order (maximum credit of $20).
how long will it take for my order to be delivered?
It takes 1 week for a standard product (monogrammed or not) from the "Shop" section and between 4 and 6 weeks for a customized product. The delivery time will be specified before payment.
Once shipped, you will be able to track your order with the tracking number provided to you by email.

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing you order. Please send an email to email@example.com with the details of the order. The refund will be made by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. is my payment secured?
We respect your privacy, therefore, your payment is 100% secure. Kanevas does not store any credit card data on its servers.
how safe is my personal information with Kanevas?
We do not store any credit card information. You will have to enter your credit card number every time you make a purchase. As for the private information in your account, Kanevas does not share personal information with third parties. You will only receive emails from us.
i was sent a tracking number but there are no updates on Canada Post.
Please allow for 24 hours from when you receive your tracking number for your package to be entered into the Canada Post system before you start tracking your package.
my order was marked as delivered but I did not received it.
If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We recommend checking with your neighbours in the event it was miss delivered.
We will initiate a loss investigation with Canada Post. An investigation can take up to three weeks and involves a phone interview before we are able to replace lost merchandise.
